Worth sending

• A device that read wrongly. Say which device, what tier it was given, and what you expected. This is the most useful message there is: the scale was rebuilt once because one owner said their budget phone was not "High-End", and they were right.
• A mistake in a guide. They are written to be checked.
• A question about what is stored. The privacy page answers most of them; anything it does not is welcome here.

Not worth sending

A request to make a particular device score higher. The numbers are measured on the device, in the browser, and there is no setting for that. A request to remove "your" contributed runs, for the reason the privacy page gives: they carry nothing that links them to a person, so there is nothing to find.
